Studio 1 MediaWorks is a professional video production company that produces weekly real estate television shows in Dothan and Panama City along with a very catchy local reality show, Panama City’s Got Talent. When ready (January) we will advertise this website in Dothan, Alabama at the end of our real estate show that airs on FOX at 6:30 PM on Saturday Nights and re-runs on local cable access stations in the Dothan market. This will be a one-minute spot that highlights a wide range of rental opportunities each week.
All videos will be posted online at MySpace, YouTube and Yahoo along with our wesites. Our video player allows sharing via e-mail, full-screen play and the free embed code for you to add to all of your websites or just to easily e-mail to your clients. We host the video for you and manage it within our other playlists for online visitors.
A direct link to Panama City Beach Travel Advisor is coming from our Club LaVela bikini contest videos that has had over 900,000 hits in 7 months. By the end of April we expect this number to soar to over 2 million hits. Currently we are receiving an average of 6,000 hits per day from this playlist and other local content we have online. In January this number will soar as vacationers start to make their plans for Spring and Summer 2009. Viewers who are planning to visit will hit our link to learn more about Panama City Beach and to find places to stay.
Other content on our website will include events and attractions along with a link to online reservations for motels and condos via hotels.com. Our front page will feature property video tours that we produce with links to more and more of them as we build our content. Your video will have a link to you for contact information along with phone. At YouTube there will be a website or e-mail link to you there as well. At Yahoo and MySpace we can only offer phone contacts.

Have your property tour hosted and narrated by Cristin Duren, Miss Florida 2006. Cristin is lead host for all of Studio 1 MediaWorks productions. She offers the perfect combination of beauty and brains and will add polish to your video and will increase your internet hits and popularity. Cristin will be shot on a green screen and appear like she’s at the location. If you prefer, we can shoot Cristin on location for an additional $150 ($250 Total Talent Fee).

Other Content For The Site
Our hosts will appear at the website starting in December doing community profile pieces on local events and attractions. We are in the process of developing this content and auditioning more people to be added to our talent pool. A community profile will be the first video visitors see. This will be hosted by Cristin, Jillian, Joy and one or two of the guys. It will cover demographics, seasons, travel related issues and an introduction to the website. Some of this content can be added to your video for your website via our playlist features by request.
